Alfred W.Adler was an Austrian medical doctor, psychotherapist, and he was the founder of the school of individual psychology. He gave special importance on feelings of inferioritythe inferiority complex is recognized as isolating an element which plays a important role in personality development. Alfred Adler thinked human beings as an individual whole, therefore alfred called his psychology as "Individual Psychology" .
